Canceling Your Service • BWATO - The Online File Storage ServiceWhen you cancel your account, you will not be issued a pro-rated refund. You will lose access to your account, and not be able to download anymore. Please make sure that when you cancel, you have downloaded all your files safely back onto your computer. We don't refund or pro-rate a balance as we have already purchased the extra space and bandwidth for your account. |
